This private residence, located in Kuala Lumpur, is currently on schedule and due for completion in September 2013.The Client stated a specific list of requirements to be met for their new home, which resulted in the current incarnation of three storey’s plus a sub-basement level. The following photos are taken onsite during one of the many site visits chaired by myself. The total contract sum for this project is roughly RM 1.5M (£300k).
